The Program Manager will lead the local strategy and execution for the MFD College Rotation Program in St. Louis. You will be responsible for building a robust regional talent pipeline, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of associates, and ensuring high-impact professional development for 20+ hires annually. You will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and developing 20+ associates annually (as part of a 60-person national cohort).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years in campus recruiting, talent development, or managing rotational programs.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage Gen Z talent.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging workshops or training sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Pipeline Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with St. Louis-area universities to source top-tier early-career talent.
  • Rotational Strategy: Partner with site leadership to design and implement 6-month cross-functional rotations that align with business needs.
  • Associate Mentorship: Provide direct coaching, conduct performance reviews, and facilitate career development workshops to ensure associate retention.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between associates, department hosts, and national program leadership.
  • Program Assessment: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as associate satisfaction, conversion rates to full-time roles, and time-to-competency.
