About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Dispatch and Shipping Officer with prior experience in the mortgage industry. This position is responsible for the dispatch, administration, and preparation of individual and packaged loan files for delivery to Investors (Secondary Market). The selected candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of documentation, as well as maintain effective working relationships with investors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in dispatch, shipping, or loan processing within a Mortgage Center or Financial Institution
• Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage individual and bundled loan files for delivery to investors
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation before and after loan sale and transfer
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with investors within the Mortgage Banking community
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, internal policies, procedures, and applicable laws
• Coordinate dispatch and shipping processes efficiently
• Maintain organized and accurate records of loan files and shipments
