About The Position

This full time opening will process mortgage loan application files for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Three (3) to Six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PC Proficiency preferred
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form
• Able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in non-standardized situations

Responsibilities

• Verify the loan application data is complete
• Verify the fee's section of the loan application is complete and accurate
• Generate and mail initial disclosures to the Loan Applicant(s)
• Ensure accuracy of change circumstances made by the Mortgage Loan Processor
• Generate and mail required new disclosures
