This role is part of the Correspondent channel's Sales group. Position frequently interacts with Channel sales/sales support team members and various other business partners on a wide scope of items, including Assist with development of new customer facing publishing items to support channel initiatives (marketing collateral, job aids, FAQs, quality best practices and email campaigns) Tasks related to maintenance of the Correspondent Manual Maintenance of existing reference document library content (quality best practices, job aids and orientation materials), Create and distribute monthly newsletter for combined sales teams Issues ongoing client-facing communications (monthly policy updates and standard announcements Work with third party vendors to publish / distribute external publishing items Various administrative tasks including those associated with industry event attendance Ad hoc projects as assigned
