About The Position

As a Mortgage Closer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our customers’ homeownership goals to life. You’ll support the closing process across multiple channels, ensuring mortgage loans close accurately, smoothly, and on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to great service will help create an exceptional experience for every borrower.
A Day in the Life
In this role, you will:

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous closing experience; mortgage industry experience required
• Strong understanding of investor requirements and regulatory guidelines
• A passion for supporting customers through an important financial milestone
• Ability to stay organized, detail‑oriented, and calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate closing packages, including balancing both the Initial and Final Closing Disclosures
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a strong focus on accuracy and timelines
• Communicate proactively and professionally with internal teams, borrowers, lenders, and other key stakeholders
• Manage and respond to routine calls, emails, and chats
• Work through daily queues efficiently, escalating issues when needed
• Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the closing function
• Contribute positively to our culture by demonstrating our core values in all interaction
