About The Position

We are looking for a professional and motivated Receptionist / Host / Dispatch Assistant to join our team at a Mortgage Center or Financial Institution. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle incoming calls, support administrative functions, and follow up on referrals and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Associate degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Mortgage Center or Financial Institution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
  • Provide administrative and dispatch support
  • Prepare reports for incoming calls and referrals
  • Follow up on referrals, calls, inquiries, and client visits
  • Maintain an organized and professional work area
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
