About The Position

Overview: The Mortgage Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a vital role in driving Texana Bank’s growth by recruiting Real Estate Agents, Loan Originators, and New Customers. This position is a non-originating role that does not require NMLS registration and does not involve any licensed mortgage activities.
