How do I make an impact on my team? The Bistro Café by Courtyard Marriott is a fast casual dining experience. We offer refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down options for breakfast and dinner including food, cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. You will welcome guests and deliver exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, warm interactions, and a passion for great food. Take service orders and communicate them to the kitchen Check back frequently with guests to ensure all needs and expectations are being met Post payments using the point-of-service computer system Prepare checks for guests Removes dishes and glasses from tables or counters, taking them to the back to get washed What Success Looks Likes Three or more months of previous restaurant experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting What Will You Get At NCG Hospitality? Requirements

Must have a minimum of 1 year of food and beverage experience
Three or more months of previous restaurant experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
