About The Position

The Morning Opener will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members and guests. Maxx Fitness Clubzz is looking for a committed, friendly, upbeat individual to become a part of our fitness team! Requirements

Customer service background preferred.
Basic computer proficiency.
A passion for fitness and health.
Upbeat and positive attitude!
Punctuality and reliability is a must.
Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.
Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have reliable transportation to be at Facility Monday-Friday
Ability to work in a group or team setting;
Face To Face Retail Customer Service experience preferred;
The ability to stand/work on your feet
The ability to be energetic and outgoing at all times;
The ability to handle weights of up to 50lbs

Responsibilities

Opening the club on time daily.
Arriving at 4:45a.m. to walk through the club and Open at 5:00a.m. and work until 11:00am
Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service by saying hello and goodbye to each member.
Handle all front desk related activities including:
Answer phones in an upbeat friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
Check in all members into the system.
New member sign-up.
Take prospective members on tours.
Count money in register
Learn and understand our computer operating system
Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts.
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or General Manager as needed.
Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
