About The Position

The Front Desk employee is the face of the Retro Fitness outlet; they are the person a member sees when he or she first walks into the facility. It is important that this person be TEAM oriented with great communication skills. The Front Desk employee wears many hats while also ensuring a positive member experience. Requirements

  • A positive upbeat personality.
  • Effective ability to communicate with customers, coworkers and managers.
  • The ability to multi-task.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Punctual, responsible and pays attention to detail.
  • Successful completion of all Retro University courses.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR/AED training preferred.
  • Prior sales experience in a retail setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and checking in members as they come in.
  • Resolving member issues in an effective manner.
  • Membership sales and retention.
  • Following up with prospects.
  • Selling in-store merchandise such as Retro Blends Smoothies, Cooler Drinks, Pro Shop items, etc.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean environment for all members and staff.
  • Applicable downtime tasks provided by Management may include upkeep & walk throughs of facility.
  • Opening and closing the facility if scheduled.
  • Following company policies and procedures.
