About The Position

Job Title: Morning Cafeteria Supervisor

Reports to: Building Principal

Work Schedule:

? Before-school supervision, approximately 30 minutes each morning (e.g., 7:20-7:50 a.m.)

? Supervise students until the start of classes

? Schedule may vary based on school needs

Qualifications:

? Certified or permitted teacher employed by the district.

? Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills.

? Ability to maintain a safe and supportive environment for all students

Duties & Responsibilities:

? Supervise students in the cafeteria during breakfast.

? Promote and maintain appropriate student behavior and a positive atmosphere.

? Assist with the organization and flow of student lines and seating.

? Communicate any student concerns or incidents to the main office or administration.

? Collaborate with cafeteria and custodial staff to maintain cleanliness and safety.

? Assist in ensuring students transition smoothly to classrooms after breakfast.

? Serve as a positive role model for students and support school-wide expectations.

Salary:

? SCR Rate per 2025-2028 HFT Collective Bargaining Agreement
