Keep reading! In This Role: This position reports directly to the Moral Focus Team Lead and supports summer curriculum initiatives. Contribute to meaningful work by creating resources for over 4,000 teachers, revising existing projects, and assisting with summer events for leaders and educators. Collaborate with a dynamic team of passionate curriculum and instruction specialists. Currently pursuing a degree in education, curriculum development, educational technology, library science, or another field, and eager to explore a new and exciting opportunity. Highly enthusiastic and comfortable engaging with new people to promote NHA as a great place to learn and work. Proficient in using technology to remain productive and efficient; experienced with platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and other online tools, and able to quickly learn new technologies as needed. Demonstrates strong initiative, flexibility, and a high level of energy, with a genuine desire to learn and achieve results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate effectively one-on-one and in small group settings. Results-driven and self-motivated, capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team, while leveraging resources effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
