About The Position

Utilize a proactive, hands-on approach with the Mopar supplier network to ensure
that every service part required to support Stellantis launches are produced,
shipped, and received at Mopar distribution centers ahead of customer needs.
This includes driving supplier readiness and ensuring all inbound service parts
align with Stellantis production launch timing and Mopar first fill deadlines.
The coordinator is responsible for preventing shortages, eliminating late
shipments, and guaranteeing that the Mopar supply chain is fully prepared before
vehicles reach customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
• Minimum 2 years of related experience
• Strong project and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
• Creative and strategic thinker

Responsibilities

• Identify all required service parts for each new vehicle launch ensuring complete visibility across the Mopar portfolio
• Develop & deploy surveys to suppliers supporting upcoming launches - assessing risk to launch milestones
• Conduct targeted follow-up up to non-responses & at-risk suppliers
• Facilitate “At-Risk” townhalls with cross functional business groups & suppliers Training support
• Oversee carryover service parts, ensuring Inventory Control teams receive firm shipment commitments from suppliers that align with launch deadlines and first fill requirements
• Serve as the escalation point for Inventory Control Analysts when supplier issues, delays, or roadblocks arise, driving rapid cross functional resolution to protect launch timing and ensure on time shipment
• Other departmental support duties as needed
