Our fully implemented Montessori programs foster independence, creativity, and strong social connections, helping children develop confidence and a deep love for learning. Our Infant (Nido Community) supports 12 children with 3 teachers. Our teaching team consists of a full time Lead Teacher and 2 Assistant Teachers. We are looking for caring and dedicated Infant/Toddler Assistant Teachers who: - Have experience or a strong desire to work with infants and toddlers - Eager to learn and grow as educators - Thrive in a collaborative, supportive team - Want to explore Montessori education and philosophy - Enjoy hands-on learning experiences Comfortable in caregiving (changing diapers, bottle feeding, transition to solids, safe sleep practices)
