Supervise and monitor participants in all phases of daily routines including break periods. Monitor all educational and clinical classes/groups. Take accurate attendance of all participants. Maintain accurate communication log entries. Collection and documentation of urine screens. Write incident reports as needed and communicate concerns to program management. Provide transportation in assigned program vehicle when required. Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings and trainings as directed. Prevent crisis situations from escalating by intervening and counseling participants. Provide support and assistance in any crisis situation. Maintain work schedule as directed. Other duties as assigned or directed by supervisor(s).
