About The Position

As a Money Out Operations Coordinator, you will provide customer service support as well as process, coordinate and reconcile transactions. Please Note: This position has been designated as a hybrid-office role. You will report 5 days in-office for at least the first 6 months. Your hybrid-office schedule will be finalized with your manager. Our office is located at 22 Cortlandt Street, New York, NY.

Requirements

  • 2 years post-secondary business-related education or equivalent work experience
  • Basic knowledge of company products
  • Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Detail oriented

Responsibilities

  • Process transactions related to operations' functions.
  • Reconcile and verify accuracy of information.
  • Refer incoming information to other staff members as appropriate.
  • Provide customer service to clients.
  • Answer and resolve customer complaints and questions in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Communicate problems to associates in other areas.
  • Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and communicated to customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor accounts and reports for accuracy.
  • Communicate status of transactions to clients.
  • Reconcile account information.
  • Document and summarize information for team members.
  • Participate in training and ongoing professional development.
  • Other duties as assigned.
