What You Will Do You will be responsible for plastic part manufacturing according to the specifications in order to meet the requirement of quality, cost and delivery time for the site You will provide support on new product launch tooling and process at each milestone through production, providing the manufacturing and engineering inputs for development of new process, parts and tooling You will lead the process design and approval according to the Valeo standards and procedure You will identify lean and continuous improvement to existing process and tooling related to current product lines with regard to the cost, quality, and/or design You will involve in a global coordination to improve and define standards You will identify and investigate potential new tooling concepts and processes You will identify lean continuous improvement on cycle time times, change over, scraps, quality, material cost reduction to existing processes related to current product lines with regard to the cost, quality and design You will lead daily continuous improvement activities on the shop floor and formalize the Kaizen card What You Should Have You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, but experience in lieu of education will be considered You have no less than 2 years of manufacturing experience You have experience with part/tooling design concepts and/or development You have experience processing plastic components on injection molding machines You preferably have automotive manufacturing experience Join us! Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, but experience in lieu of education will be considered
  • no less than 2 years of manufacturing experience
  • experience with part/tooling design concepts and/or development
  • experience processing plastic components on injection molding machines

Responsibilities

  • responsible for plastic part manufacturing according to the specifications in order to meet the requirement of quality, cost and delivery time for the site
