Your Mission As a Level I Molding Machine Operator, you will perform foundational machining and toolroom support tasks that keep production running smoothly. Your work supports the fabrication, maintenance, and preparation of precision parts and tools used across the facility. In this role, you will operate manual machining equipment, follow draings and work instructions, maintain accurate part quality, and contribute to a safe, organized shop environment — ultimately helping us deliver products that Make People Safer, Healthier, and More Productive.
