Requirements
- Willingness to learn and follow standardized work instructions.
- Dependable, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Operate low-pressure and/or gravity pour machines to produce metal castings.
- Ensure castings meet all work instruction requirements and cosmetic standards.
- Consistently follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Foster strong working relationships across departments to build a culture of trust and teamwork.
