Requirements

• Willingness to learn and follow standardized work instructions.
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate low-pressure and/or gravity pour machines to produce metal castings.
• Ensure castings meet all work instruction requirements and cosmetic standards.
• Consistently follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Foster strong working relationships across departments to build a culture of trust and teamwork.
