About The Position
Temp Position Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mold Processor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for internal candidates looking to grow their career and take on a hands-on, technically skilled role in our molding department.
Requirements
- Prior experience with injection molding or similar processing work is preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, if required
Responsibilities
- Set up, start, and shut down injection molding machines per production requirements
- Perform mold changes and adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot processing issues and ensure machines are operating efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Work closely with quality and maintenance teams to ensure production goals are met
