About The Position
TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Findlay, Ohio Molding Division. JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for providing assistance with production, job changes, and changing molds.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED desired
- Communication skills
- Good attendance
- Prior molding/mechanical experience desired
- Crane Experience
Responsibilities
- Perform staging, pulling, setting, and finalizing all scheduled mold changes as assigned
- Complete the entire mold setting check list
- Follow all safety practices including Lockout/Tagout
- Keep area organized and clean
- Communicate all issues with Supervisors by using the chain of command
- Load programs after training and record any issues
- Be able to identify, read and use appropriate mold set tools, correct nozzle tips and set core safeties
- Fill out work orders and deliver them to the appropriate area
- All other related duties as assigned
