About The Position

As a Mold Process Manager, you will support all facets of new injection mold builds, existing mold repair, and preventive maintenance. You will serve as a key technical resource for the operation of toolroom equipment used to fabricate and repair tooling. The ideal candidate can machine precision mold components, understand how each component functions in the molding process, and can independently diagnose molding defects by identifying the tooling failure mode and recommending the most effective repair or design change to prevent recurrence in future production runs.
