About The Position
The Mold Prep position prepares boat mold by cleaning and applying wax for Gel Coating. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Cleans molds, applies wax and removes wax. Cleans and wipes down mold Covers mold with plastic sheeting and secure with masking tape. Works in team to push and pull boat mold into production area ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
