About The Position

TH Plastics, Inc., a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Bowling Green, Ohio Molding Division. JOB OVERVIEW: Responsible for maintaining any tools with preventative maintenance and repair. Provide a support function for manufacturing and maintenance.

Requirements

Journeyman level machinist or mold technician equivalent experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude
Must be self-motivated, work well independently and have excellent time management skills
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to work with all members of the team

Nice To Haves

Experience in Injection Molding is a plus

Responsibilities

Effectively be able to perform general and major mold maintenance.
Confirm that the completion of mold storage and requirements have been met and maintained.
Complete preventative maintenance on molds and documentation of the PM.
Effectively work with metal and non-metals.
Interpret blue prints, schematics and symbols.
Understand basic mechanics, lubricants, bearing, pumps and power transmission equipment.
