A well-established private dermatology practice (independently owned, not PE-backed) is seeking a Mohs Surgeon to join their growing team in the Nashville area. This is a rare opportunity to shape your own clinical schedule, balancing Mohs surgery with general dermatology in a supportive, physician-led environment. Opportunity Highlights Flexible schedule: Design your own mix of Mohs surgery and general dermatology High-volume surgical experience: 8–12 Mohs cases performed daily at the practice’s other locations Lead role: Practice autonomy as the primary dermatologist / Mohs surgeon in the Nashville-area clinic Physician-driven environment: Independent practice with no plans to sell to private equity Compensation & growth: Competitive guaranteed base, percentage of collections, sign-on bonus and partnership opportunity The Position You’ll have the freedom to integrate Mohs surgery with general dermatology however you see fit.
