Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Manufacturing or textile experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read production instructions, gauges, quality specifications, and safety documents.
- Must be able to work a rotating 12-hour shift.
- Must be able to work on elevated gantries (over 20 feet above ground).
Responsibilities
- Follow all safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards (OSHA, PPE, LOTO)
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Jacquard heads to ensure optimal loom performance
- Identify and repair hook marks
- Replace worn, damaged, or broken cords, heddles, and springs as required
- Accurately complete Barco declarations in accordance with plant and quality requirements
- Document work performed and communicate machine/job status during shift handoffs
- Participate in maintenance and operations meetings as assigned
- Inspect fabric during and after production for quality defects
- Record inspection results, maintenance actions, and findings on appropriate documentation and systems
