About The Position

The basic function is to oversee daily operations in the Module shop. Additional responsibilities include: Ensure employees are productive and observing schedule Relaying information and updates to employees Tracking and maintaining engine build status Informing management of any parts requirements that may cause delays in production processes. Communicating with the Quality Control Department through the inspection process so as to avoid delays. Expediting any project on the production floor where necessary. Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in the disassembly and build of engine modules.
• At minimum, Powerplant License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Hold a valid US driver s license
• Knowledgeable in computer systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.
• Available for flexible hours and weekends
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must have the ability to read, write and understand spoken English.
• Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Must have the ability to understand verbal and written instructions
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stand, walk, talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls.
• The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.
