About The Position

At Regions, the Modernization and Transformation Partner is a key planning and execution partner in the enterprise modernization and transformation initiative. Primary Responsibilities Contributes to the overall roadmap and execution plan for the enterprise modernization and transformation strategy Develops, maintains, and provides both recurring and ad hoc reporting and analyses for various executive forums Partners across multiple areas within the Transformation Office and the enterprise to drive key results Embeds a continuous improvement philosophy and methodology that frequently assesses people, process, and technology Collaborates with leadership at all levels to gain consensus on significant decisions related to key strategic initiatives Contributes to the development of strategic approaches to enterprise-level initiative prioritization Contributes to the identification, evaluation, and development of new processes, tools, and analytics that support Regions’ modernization and transformation efforts This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Eight (8) years of related banking work experience
  • Ability to develop strategic plans wile considering multiple internal/external variables
  • Ability to manage complexity and navigate through ambiguity
  • Ability to partner within and across departments, including technical and business partners, and stakeholders to achieve transformational goals
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently, accurately, flexibly, and efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of various aspects of banking and technology
  • Demonstrated capability to translate strategy into execution with a focus on effective and efficient delivery
  • High aptitude for learning new concepts
  • Natural leader with the ability to develop the future state vision for the organization and drive he execution of initiatives required to achieve the vision
  • Strong change manager with the ability to influence associates at all levels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with leadership presence

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Project management and/or Agile certifications
