About The Position

As a Modeling & Simulation Engineering Manager in the R&D group, you will be responsible for the development of advanced modeling and simulation environments for electrical, thermal, and mechanical systems and enclosures used in distributed energy resources and power distribution. Leading a team of M&S engineers and collaborating with subject matter experts, product strategy teams, and systems engineers, your team will create accurate and efficient simulations that meet requirements and support product development. Furthermore, you will develop and oversee the implementation of modeling and simulation processes as critical milestones for development and validation of technologies and products within the Product Engineering organization. Through your expertise, you will play a key role in driving innovation and performance improvements in distributed energy and power distribution systems. About the Product Engineering Team Our Product Engineering Team sits at the intersection of innovation and execution, transforming ideas into real-world products and solutions for Excellerate Products(tm), a division of Faith Technologies Incorporated (FTI). From early concept through full-scale production, our engineers design Data Center power distribution products, Electric Vehicle charging skids, switchboards and more! With a strong focus on quality, manufacturability, and customer outcomes, we ensure every product is engineered to perform in the real world—safely, reliably, and at scale.
