About The Position

Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) OASYS, INC ., a Leading-Edge Government contractor in Huntsville Alabama, is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) to support our customer in Charleston, SC. Job Responsibilities include: The primary responsibilities of this position are developing system requirements, performing requirements management, performing requirements verification, performing compliance assessments in support of major design reviews, and performing model-based systems engineering using technical planning; system integration, verification and validation. This position is also responsible for using MBSE and Engineering tools to identify different program requirements, tracking performance metrics, and managing the systems engineering process.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in an engineering field such as Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
• Proficient in Cameo/MagicDraw, or Rhapsody
• Proficient in IBM Rational DOORS
• AFSIM experience
• Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Cyber, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Math, Physics, or other STEM discipline however, years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• An Active Secret Clearance is highly desired.

Nice To Haves

• Master of Science in the engineering field such as Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Proficient in C++, Python, MATLAB, UML, SysML, DoDAF modeling
• Experience with military simulations
• Hypersonic weapons or hypersonic technology development
• Experience with simulation model integration
• 5+ years of experience performing model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
