About The Position

The A Mocs First Year Coordinator provides key support for Academic Affairs projects with a primary focus on programs and initiatives supporting first‑year Mocs. This role coordinates a wide range of efforts across academic initiatives, student success programs, and community partnerships. The Coordinator also provides operational support, assists with strategic communications, and serves as a central point of contact for campus and community stakeholders engaged in first‑year experience initiatives. The Coordinator manages day‑to‑day operations for the Assistant Provost for Student Success, ensures effective communication flows across Academic Affairs, supports planning and implementation of strategic initiatives, and oversees several ongoing projects that contribute to the Provost’s academic and student success priorities.
