The Climate Action Campaign (CAC) is seeking a Mobilization Director to drive ambitious field work focused on building more and more focused people power to tackle the climate crisis through Federal policy change. We’re looking for an ambitious organizer hungry to build volunteer power at scale, a savvy data-driven analyst eager to lead experiments, and a seasoned manager and leader who brings the best out of a small staff team. Our goal is to ramp up the scale and sophistication of our base of climate activists and volunteers by deepening their commitment for sustained activism around federal climate policies. From running phonebanks to actions outside Congressional offices and training volunteers for town hall events, CAC’s grassroots team is focused on empowering our Champs and holding accountable leaders pushing anti-climate policies. This position reports to the Senior Director of Field & Campaign Strategy and works closely with CAC’s leadership team and across the campaign as well as with an array of coalition partners. Climate Action Campaign (CAC) is a vibrant coalition of advocacy organizations working together to drive ambitious, durable federal action to cut carbon pollution, address the climate crisis, advance environmental justice, and accelerate the transition to clean energy.
