COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Our compensation package offers competitive hourly rates, time-and-a-half for holidays, and a generous paid-time-off program. POSITION SUMMARY Provides low intensity progressive exercise and activity programs to older adult patients as directed by a Physical Therapist and/or responsible Nurse. Care includes intervention to maximize exercise and activity capacity and to promote and maintain patients’ optimal activity, mobility, and independence. These services are provided as an adjunct to skilled rehabilitation and designed to decrease the detrimental effects of inactivity. The mobility specialist reports to the director of rehab, physical therapist and overseeing nursing staff.
