An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Mobility Specialist Special Operations reporting to Aires CORP Special Operations Team.This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience in customer service to facilitate the end-to-end relocation process for corporate transferees and their families.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of customer service experience in the relocation industry
CRP/GMS certifications preferred
Excellent customer service and administrative skills
Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
Ability to follow policies and procedures
Can-do attitude
Genuine desire to help others
Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency

Responsibilities

Counsels transferees on policy benefits.
Coordinates household goods and family services.
Counsels and assists transferees with expense submission.
Communicates with relocating transferee and family throughout the move to provide a positive mobility experience.
Collaborates with internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and timely.
Handles VIP/complex file assignment.
Acts as a mentor and subject matter expert to less senior staff.
Provides regional support and coverage in periods of high-volume, transition, or extended absences.
Participates in ongoing training initiatives to stay current on new systems and processes.
