Please let us know if you need a reasonable accommodation. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Mobile WorkSource Services Analyst will provide workforce services to the public in a mobile capacity. You will: Drive a Mobile American Job Center van to rural and underserved communities to deliver WorkSource Oregon services, ensuring the van is stocked, cleaned and maintained. Provide high-quality employment services, referrals, and outreach. Connect with diverse communities including Tribal, ethnic, rural, and justice‑involved populations. Build and strengthen partnerships to deliver and improve braided service strategy. Travel across Oregon to attend in‑person events as needed, which may require an overnight stay. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for knowledge and skills; OR Any combination of experience or education equivalent to three years’ technical‑level experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.
  • WSO Mobile Center staff must be eligible to drive state owned vehicles, maintain eligibility, and follow OAR State Vehicle Use and Access.
