About The Position

ES&D Services is hiring a Mobile Wash Crew Lead to support daily operations in our mobile washing division. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on executing work in the field while assisting with basic scheduling, organization, and crew coordination. This role is primarily field based during the spring, summer, and fall, with hours that may exceed 40 per week during peak periods. During the winter, this position will assist with supporting the snow removal division.
