About the Position: Department: Service Reports to: Service Manager Supervises: N/A Purpose: The Mobile Wash Bay Technician is responsible for cleaning and detailing agricultural equipment at customer locations and dealership sites. This position requires independent travel to off-site locations using company-provided equipment and represents Gooseneck Implement directly in the field. The role supports customer satisfaction by ensuring equipment is professionally cleaned, safely handled, and prepared according to company standards.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently in remote locations.
• Strong time management and route planning skills.
• Basic understanding of equipment operation and safe handling.
• Customer service orientation and professional communication skills.
• Basic computer or mobile device proficiency for work order tracking.
• Ability to lift up to 75–100 lbs.
• Ability to crouch, bend, reach and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Travel to store locations to clean and detail agricultural equipment.
• Safely operate mobile wash equipment, including pressure washers, water tanks, and cleaning systems.
• Ensure proper setup, operation, and breakdown of mobile wash unit.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines while working off-site.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers.
• Identify and report visible equipment concerns to service leadership.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and serviceability of mobile wash vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and time spent.
