About The Position

Mobile Upfitter This position is a job production-type position that incorporates several skills, but does not require all of these skills, as we are happy to train. If you are a self-starter and are willing to learn, we want you. Below is a technical description of the job and potential skill sets that we can use, but are also will to train. Can be any individual, or all, or a combination of these disciplines: Painting Skills Requires training, and/or certification. Carpentry Requires training, use of tools such as saws, both power and hand, drills, screw guns, hammer, measuring tools and other tools as needed. Auto-Mechanical skills/knowledge Requires training, use of tools such as saws, both power and hand, drills, screw guns, hammer, other tools as needed. Plumbing Requires training, use of tools such as saws, both power and hand, drills, screw guns, hammer, other tools as needed. Metal Fabricating Requires training, use of tools such as saws, both power and hand, drills, screw guns, hammer, welder, measuring tools, and other tools as needed. Auto-Electrical skills/knowledge Requires training, use of tools such as saws, both power and hand, drills, screw guns, hammer, other tools as needed. Forklift Skill set Requires training. Physical Demands All positions can be exposed to the following physical acts (as needed): Regularly: climbing steps/stairs, stretching, lifting 40 lbs, bending at the waste, pushing, walking Intermittently: lifting overhead, climbing ladders, lifting 40 lbs or more, squatting, kneeling

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to be trained and learn new skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, technical drawings, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and desire to develop skill sets in a production environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in any of the following areas is preferred but not required: painting, carpentry, metal fabrication, plumbing, auto-mechanics, or auto-electrical work.
