Our committed and well-trained workforce professionals deliver comprehensive workforce solutions at integrated career centers, sector-focused centers and community, and partner sites. This position is critical to expanding access to services by bringing workforce resources directly into rural communities and priority populations.

Requirements

  • Valid drivers's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to travel extensively across a multi-county region
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver WIOA Basic and Individualized Career Services
  • Assist job seekers with job search, resumes, application, and career planning
  • Coordinate mobile unit schedule, locations, and logistics across six counties
  • Build partnerships with community organizations, employers, and education providers
  • Conduct outreach to underserved and priority populations
  • Support employer engagement, recruitment, and hiring events
  • Ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and WIOA compliance
  • Operate and coordinate operation of the mobile unit
  • Maintaining and clean the mobile unit
