About The Position

Now Hiring: Mobile Service Technician Our Ford Mobile Service Program , and we’re looking for a skilled, motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our team. In this unique role, you’ll bring the dealership experience directly to our customers — performing light maintenance, recall work, and routine service at their home, workplace, or other locations . You’ll also assist with recall work at other dealerships and auto auctions. This is a great opportunity for a Class B-level technician who’s looking for a change of pace, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

  • Class B Technician skills with experience in light mechanical and maintenance work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you’ll be the face of our service team on the road
  • Professional appearance and demeanor — you represent our dealership and brand
  • Highly organized and proactive , with the ability to plan and prepare for upcoming service appointments
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Perform some maintenance, routine service, and recall repairs from a fully equipped mobile service van
  • Travel to customers’ homes, workplaces, and partner locations to complete on-site service
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and your dedicated Service Advisor
  • Represent the dealership’s brand with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first attitude
  • Maintain accurate service records and ensure all tools, parts, and supplies are prepared for the day’s appointments
  • Collaborate with the Service Department to ensure quality, efficiency, and a seamless customer experience
