Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of hands-on automotive technician experience
Solid knowledge of repair and maintenance across vehicle systems
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Ability to operate advanced diagnostic equipment
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Ford Certification is a huge plus
ASE or other OEM Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Travel to customers to fulfill work orders
Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately per factory and dealership standards
Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues with precision
Work with the Parts Department to secure necessary components
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to ensure timely completion of repairs
Deliver top-quality service while upholding dealership reputation and customer satisfaction
