Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience doing heavy equipment/machinery repair (backhoes, excavators, forklifts, telehandlers, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for problem-solving
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
- Clean driving record
- If you enjoy working with your hands, interacting with customers, and tackling challenges and “getting stuff done”, this role could be a perfect fit
- High school diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Operate a specialized mobile hose workshop/van, responding to service calls in the DFW / North Texas area
- Troubleshoot, fabricate and install hose assemblies on-site for a variety of industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their hydraulic needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Help us provide 24/7/365 hose services to customers by participating in an on-call rotation with other members of the team
