Requirements

18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
Stable work history with good references from past employers
Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check

Nice To Haves

Experience in a leadership role involving railcar cleaning operations, safety, and training
Knowledge of OSHA and EPA guidelines concerning Hazardous Materials
Ability to read and interpret and SDS
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to build trust
Attentive and active listening skills
PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

Ensure all work complies with company & customer safety standards.
Develop and enforce cleaning procedures, permits, and environmental compliance programs.
Plan and oversee industrial railcar cleaning (e.g., steaming, flaring, hydro-blasting, chemical cleaning).
Hire, train, and manage staff to meet operational goals.
Collaborate with leadership on environmental systems and process improvements.
Oversee multiple cleaning project simultaneously in different geographic regions
Maintain customer relationships and ensure service expectations are met.
Monitor operations, analyze performance, and implement efficiency improvements.
Uphold KPIs and enforce performance, quality, and safety standards.
Maintain clean, safe, and well-equipped work environments.
Lead by example in safety practices and ensure proper equipment maintenance.
Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
