We are hiring a Railcar Loader – Industrial Operations (Swing Shift) to join our outdoor fertilizer loading operation in Mulberry. This role is not a warehouse job and does not involve forklift picking or pallet work. Instead, you will be part of an industrial rail crew responsible for loading bulk fertilizer into railcars using an overhead delivery system in an active plant environment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in industrial labor, construction, agriculture, mining, plant operations, utilities, or other hands-on outdoor work. Reliability, safety awareness, and steady work history matter more than prior rail experience. Paid training and certifications are provided. As a Railcar Loader – Industrial Operations (Swing Shift), each shift begins with a safety briefing. Safety is critical in regulated rail environments and is part of every task. You will work outdoors in all weather conditions, climbing railcars, working at heights, lifting, and monitoring fertilizer flow during the loading process. The work is physical, detail-oriented, and team-based. This is not repetitive warehouse work. Each shift requires focus, communication, and accountability. This Railcar Loader – Industrial Operations (Swing Shift) position follows a rotating 2-step swing schedule. Week One: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week Two: Wednesday and Thursday The position rotates from day shift to night shift every four weeks. This schedule is best suited for candidates comfortable with shift work and long-term industrial operations.
