About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mobile Quality Inspector to join our team. This mid-level position is perfect for candidates with hands-on inspection experience who enjoy working in a dynamic, field-based environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our parts meet strict quality standards using calipers, gauges, 2D/3D scanning equipment, and other measurement tools. Requirements

High school diploma/GED and relevant work experience.
Proven experience as a quality control inspector in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and mechanical/technical aptitude.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work safely with tools and equipment.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

Technical degree or college coursework.
Familiarity with ISO 9001-2015 standards.
Strong understanding of raw materials and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Inspect and approve incoming materials, ensuring they meet specifications.
Perform in-process inspections to confirm product quality and communicate adjustments to supervisors.
Verify finished products, returning items for rework as necessary.
Document inspection results, maintain logs, and update the quality database.
Keep measurement equipment in top condition through proper use and calibration.
Support production teams with training and education on quality standards.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety procedures, and legal regulations.
