Regional assignment for resource trained in mobile plan administration, mobile network enhancements, vendor coordination and end-user support escalations. Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment. Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include, but not limited to, end-user escalation support for mobile plan issues and change requests, mobile coverage questions and office-based network enhancement support, and required vendor coordination.
  • Job may require limited travel to North America office locations for support of mobile network enhancement installations.
  • Vendor scope covers 5 mobile plan vendors (Capgemini/Altran) within North America (U.S. and Canada).
  • Time zone coverage aligns to North America hours (10am CST to 7pm CST), with potential for weekend coverage during escalated support.
  • On-site support requirements for existing and new build office mobile network enhancements.
  • Regional assignment, aligning to the administration of mobile plan administration during North America hours.
