About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, observant, and professional Unarmed Mobile Patrol Security Officer to provide safety and security services for a high-volume logistics facility. The ideal candidate will conduct mobile patrols, monitor property conditions, deter unauthorized activity, and respond promptly to incidents while maintaining a strong security presence.

Requirements

Active Illinois PERC Guard Card
Current Illinois 20-Hour Certificate of Security Training
Valid Driver's License
MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) clearance with an acceptable driving history
Ability to operate a security vehicle safely and responsibly
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

Prior security, military, or law-enforcement experience
Experience in mobile patrol or logistics/warehouse environments

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled and randomized mobile patrols of the facility grounds and surrounding property
Monitor access points, shipping/receiving areas, and parking lots
Report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and rule violations
Complete detailed, accurate shift reports and incident documentation
Respond to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies following company protocols
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with clients and team members
Protect company assets and ensure the safety of staff and visitors
