The Mobile Outreach Coordinator (MOC) is responsible for independently planning, coordinating, and operating mobile medical outreach services in the community. This role requires a highly self-motivated, organized individual who can manage both the administrative and field-based operations of a mobile medical unit while ensuring compliance with New York State, federal, and FQHC regulations. The MOC serves as the primary point of coordination for mobile clinic activities, including scheduling, patient intake, site scouting, relationship-building with community partners, and day-to-day mobile unit operations. The position plays a critical role in expanding access to care by bringing services directly to underserved populations and ensuring seamless connection to in-office services.
