Requirements

5+ years of marine technician experience (mobile experience required)
Strong knowledge of marine engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical troubleshooting
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Perform mobile repairs and maintenance on a variety of boats and marine engines at customer docks and marinas throughout Cape Coral
Conduct diagnostics, inspections, and routine service for engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and mechanical components
Troubleshoot and repair issues in propulsion, steering, and onboard electronics
Maintain accurate service records and document completed work
Ensure safety and environmental compliance during all service calls
